Scope of Services

• Services Provided

  OmniWain Technologies Private Limited offers online astrology services including birth-chart (“Kundli”) generation, horoscope reports, matchmaking (compatibility) services, daily/weekly/monthly/yearly horoscopes, Panchang and Nakshatra information, blog content, consulting with AI Agent and recommendations (like: Gemstones, Rudraksha, Jadi, Yantra). We may also offer subscription plans and free content.

• Accuracy

  All astrology content and forecasts are based on traditional methods, but results are for informational/entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Astrology is an interpretive art, and users are advised not to rely on it as a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, etc.).

User Eligibility

• Age Restriction

  Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older and who can form valid contracts under Indian law. By using this website/app, you represent that you are an adult or have parental/guardian consent. Minors are not permitted to use the Services.

• Jurisdiction Restriction

  If you are a resident of a country or region where use of online astrological services is prohibited by law or government regulation, you must not use the Services.

Account Registration & Security

• Account Creation

  To access certain features (personalized reports, chat with Sarthi, subscription), you may need to register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. By registering, you agree to: (a) provide truthful personal data as prompted, (b) maintain and update that information to keep it current and accurate (“Registration Data”).

• Username & Password

  Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique user ID for your account. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your password and account. Do not share or transfer your login. You will be responsible for all activities under your account, even if unauthorized. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

• Account Suspension

  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we cannot verify your identity or if you violate these Terms. For example, we may lock an account if false information is provided, if the account is inactive for a long period, or if there is suspicious activity. You agree that we may access your account information to investigate any complaints or suspected abuse.

Payment, Fees, Subscriptions, Refunds

• Payment Methods

  We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking, and other common payment methods. Payment must be made in advance for paid services (e.g. detailed reports, subscriptions).

• Subscriptions

  If you subscribe to a recurring plan (monthly/yearly), fees are charged in advance and automatically renew each billing period until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged (i.e. you pay for the full period even if you cancel mid-term). Cancellation instructions will be provided in your account settings.

• Refunds and Cancellations — Double Payments / Mistakes

  If you accidentally pay twice for the same order, we will refund the extra payment after verification.

• Refund Processing

  Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method, minus any third-party transaction fees.

• Taxes and Charges

  All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service tax) unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes imposed by your local authorities.

Intellectual Property

• Our Content

  All content on the website/app (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, reports, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by OmniWain Technologies Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of our content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services and view the content only for your personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by these Terms.

• Your Content

  If you submit or upload any content (comments, forum posts, uploaded images, etc.), you grant OmniWain Technologies Private Limited a royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of anything you post, but you also represent and warrant that you have the right to share it. You must not upload any content that violates others’ rights (copyright, privacy, or other legal rights) or that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any user-submitted content that breaches these rules.

• Third-Party Materials

  Any brand names, products, or third-party content mentioned on the website/app belong to their respective owners. Use of such names or marks does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• No Warranty

  The Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website/app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any services or reports will meet your expectations. All advice and horoscopes are for entertainment purposes only. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

• Entertainment Disclaimer

  To the extent permitted by law, OmniWain Technologies Private Limited is not providing professional financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Astrology is not a substitute for professional advice. By using the Services, you agree that decisions based on astrology content are at your own risk. We explicitly disclaim any liability for consequences of actions taken based on our content.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, OmniWain Technologies Private Limited and its officers, employees, agents, etc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims related to paid services will be limited to the amount you paid for those services, or a nominal fixed sum, whichever is smaller. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• User Responsibility

  You agree that OmniWain Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for user conduct. You will indemnify us against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your negligence, or any content you submit.

Termination and Modification

• Termination

  We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (e.g. violation of Terms, inactivity, or legal compliance). Upon termination, your right to use the website/app ends immediately. Clauses that by nature survive (IP rights, disclaimers, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

• Modification

  We may update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website/app with the “Last Updated” date. If the changes are material, we will try to notify registered users by email or on the website/app or on the application. By continuing to use the Services after the changes are posted (typically after a notice period of 30 days), you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

Account Deletion

Users may choose to delete their account at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy. AstroWain reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Subscription Terms

Astrowain offers subscription plans that may include premium features. Plans may be introduced, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Indian Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India. (If the user’s jurisdiction is unspecified, we assume Indian law applies.)

• Arbitration (optional)

  Optionally, parties may agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in India under specified rules, or through the Indian judicial system.

• Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
